ICON by Covivio itself is a work of art: the „look“ of the building is absolutely unique, like a sculptural work of art with heart. Lifestyle elements from fashion and art are the DNA of the building. A perfect staging in the art city of Düsseldorf, between the art fair, the art academy and numerous galleries and art avant-garde – an exciting urban impulse.

ICON by Covivio loves greenery

The building has intensive greenery and numerous terraces and inner courtyards.

The greenery extends from the front yard to the interior terraces, which are intensively and extensively planted with plants. They have direct access from Friedrichstraße.

We emphasize the connection between the economy and ecology of real estate. People should feel comfortable in their urban living space in the long term. Part of the large roof areas is equipped with photovoltaic elements.

Second entrance area

The newly created outdoor area with its own parking bays leads directly from Talstrasse into the foyer. Newly planted trees form an atmospheric contrast to the wide glass front of the entrance.

Terrace

The ICON by Covivio offers an extra portion of fresh air. From the upper lobby, tenants and visitors have direct access to a large landscaped courtyard terrace.

Roof terrace

The numerous terraces are a special feature of the building. The internal terraces are intensively and extensively landscaped. The highlight is the sun deck and the sky view on the rooftop. Relaxed meetings or joint events can be held here.
